Man killed in rollover crash into creekFebruary 22, 2016 Tom Kenny, MAGOFFIN COUNTY, Ky. WTVQ State Police say a Gunlock man was killed in a rollover accident in a creek Monday afternoon. It happened along KY 542 in <a href=https://www.cups-stanley.ca>stanley canada</a> the Gunlock community of Magoffin County, according to KSP.Investigators say 44-year old Kelly Vanderpool lost control of his vehicle, left the road and overturned into a creek. He was pronounced dead at the scene.State Police say evidence at the scene indicated Vanderpool wasn ;t wearing a seat belt.The cause of the deadly crash is under investigation.
