The father of a 3-year-old who died earlier this month has been arrested and held on multiple probation violations.Reginald Tumlin, 31, was arrested this morning on Sequoia Drive, according to Chattanooga Police Spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary. He had six criminal court probation violations stemming from a slew of drug sale charges, but police were also searching for Mr. Tumlin for questioning in the death of his son.Mr. Tumlin was taken into custody by Chattanooga Police and U.S. Marshals without incident just before 7 a.m., Sgt. Weary said.
