A federal judge issued a pr kubki stanley eliminary injunction that prevents the Biden administration from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors. The mandate was scheduled to take effect in January. starbucks stanley cup In balancing the harms of letting th stanley cups e mandate take effect or issuing an injunction, U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker said an injunction would maintain the status quo. However, he said allowing the mandate to take effect would significantly alter their the plaintiff s ability to perform federal contract work which is critical to their operations. Biden s vaccine mandates have repeatedly been blocked by courts. Last week, a federal judge blocked a mandate for federal contractors in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee to get vaccinated. A different judge also blocked a mandate for health care workers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The White House has not addressed how it plans to respond to Tuesday s ruling.

A Chicago nonprofit organization that runs a facility holding immigrant children separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border said it s investigating allegations some children made after leaving the facility and reuniting with their parents. The nonprofit, Heartland Alliance, called the allegations disturbing and said it launched an investigation over the weekend, when the Washington Post published interviews with children who were housed at Heartland s Casa Guadalupe facility. Two boys from Brazil, 10-year-old Diego Magalhaes and 9-year-old Diogo De Olivera Filho, told the Post that a 5-year-old boy who tended to throw fits in class was injected with something that put him to sleep. CBS From CBS News Aaron Lewis:PAWLEY ISLAND, S.C. -- On the first day of classes for the spring semester, John Edwards spoke to a crowd of 200 people at Coastal Carolina University. However, not a single student could be seen in the room. In fact I may have been the yougest person in there. Edwards devoted most of his stump speech to the environment and global warming issues, which is a bit odd given that he rarely steps away from his normal points of entrenched interests and corporate greed. Sweet Potato Lady was there, so she must have been very pleased with today s topic. The highlight of the Q and A was when he was asked about why he doesn t get as much media exposure as Barack Obama botella stanley and Hillary Clinton. I ve been trying that for a year and it stanley canada hasn t worked yet, said an exasperated Edwards. It s a tough challenge, you know. He then pointed to the media. There they are, he said. Talk to them. Edwards cited his second place finish in Iowa as an example of being able to beat out two candidates with ma stanley nz ssive national media exposure. It is very hard to get through the noise and be heard, he said in stressing why grassroots efforts are key to his success from this point on. We have to surprise somewhere, you know Maybe Nevada is the place for that. After all, a new poll in the Reno Gazette-Journal shows Edwards in a close to dead heat with Obama and Clinton before Saturday s caucuses there. I just don t know which

So many factors are driving the price of auto insurance up these days. Higher new car prices and soaring repair costs are just two reasons many people have seen their rates increase 20% or more in the past yea stanley cup r.But other drivers are seeing even higher rate hikes because their cars are more susceptible to crime.Rebecca Long is one of those people. DELAFIELD, Wisc. 鈥?The lack of snow in Southeast Wisconsin is not stopping die-hard skiers at Lapham Peak. They re making their own snow. With miles of ski terrain covered in white blankets of snow, at first sight, keeping the ground white for a place like Lapham Peak located within the Kettle Moraine State Forest has been a challenge this winter. According to Colton Kelly, the park manager at Lapham Peak, he says this winter has been very termo stanley dry compared to other years.Folks from far and near flock to the park to cross country ski the 17-mile track. Last year and this year our visitation has been through the roof, said Kelly. With a warmer winter and very little natural snowfall, the park has had to turn to machines and countless volunteers to help create man-made snow. We ve made about 20 stanley mugs % more snow than the average year and probably about 30% more snow this year than we did last year, said Kelly. The increase of man-made snow has come with a cost for the state park. To give you a perspective, in January the electricity costs alone were over $3,000, so it s an astronomical amount that it takes to make this happen out here, said Kelly. The climbing costs this season have drawn more volunteers and donors to step in to help make the ski track a reality. Its really great to see everyone take ownership and step up to the plate in that way. These were all given by donation so each stanley thermoskannen one of these machines cost over $20,000, said Kelly pointing to each snow-making machine. The comm
