A Russellville man is facing drug and traffic violation charges.The Elkton Police Department says they observed a motor vehicle roll through a stop sign. The motor vehicle was pulled over and the operator was identified as Jayme Fuller, 48 of Russellville.A check determined that Fuller had two active warrants in Logan County. Fuller was taken into custody.Officers say a Todd County Sheriff <a href=https://www.stanley1913.com.es>botella stanley</a> Office K9 officer located a bag in the vehicle that contained fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, and a scale.
